Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a "HP Laptop 17t-cn300" with SuperSpeed USB Type-A & C 5Gbps signaling rate ports.  I want to connect two extended independent Monitors to my Laptop.  Are either of these ports "Full Function" with video capability, sufficient to allow for this application with a duel HDMI Split/Extend adapter?  This laptop only has 1 HDMI Port.

If I convert my USB C (which does not support video) to a video supported HDMI adapter, will I be able to extend the monitors (not just duplicate).
