First off I realize this has been asked several times but I cannot seem to find an option for my specific setup.

I'm trying to add a second external monitor (two monitors plus the laptop).  I'm running Windows 11 and I have an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 14-ea1xxx.  The two monitors are Samsung LU28R550UQNXZA.  My laptop has few ports, 2 USB-C and 1 USB-A.  The monitors both have 2 HDMI and 1 Displayport.

I've had one of these monitors for a while now and have zero issue using Displayport to USB-C.  Now with the second monitor, I tried using a cheap dock that has 2 USB-A and 2 USB-C into one of the USB-C ports on the laptop but only get a message saying "Display connection might be limited" and the laptop will not recognize the monitors though that dock.  If I connect both monitors to each of the USB-C ports directly, the setup works perfectly, but then I cannot charge the laptop which is definitely going to be an issue.  I'm also trying to avoid using the 1 USB-A port as that's reserved for my external hard drive.

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

I was able to fix this issue by purchasing a different dock.  I ended swapping from Displayport to USB-C to HDMI and purchased a dock that has two HDMI in ports and connects to the laptop via USB-C.  Here's a link to what I purchased to make this work.
