Hi! I bought this "chromebook-15-de0021cl" a few months ago and i swore it was touchscreen when i bought it! While i was setting it to my google account, i must have done something to it make it stop being touchscreen. It was unintentional ofcourse but now i dont know how to put it back. I am not very tech savvy and i never found anything helpful in the settings to switch it back. Please help , thanks for reading.

@Tdowns95 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are facing issues with touchscreen.
Please perform the hard reset and check.
A hard or forced reset erases all information in the computer memory. This forces the system to clear and reestablish the software connections between the BIOS and the hardware.
A hard reset does not remove any local files or settings.
-
Press the power button
and refresh
button for five seconds. The computer turns off, and then turns on again.
-
If necessary, press power button again to turn on the laptop.
If the issue still persists, please conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can conatct the local service center for repair.
