Hi, I'm trying to get 2 stacked 49" monitors running from my laptop but its only got 1 HDMI port (1.4b) and 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate). I've tried to use a USBc hub (Anker Powerexpand+ 7in US-c Media Hub model A8346) to connect the 2nd monitor but the laptop isnt recognizing the hub and theres no display. I also tried connecting a powered USB hub (RSHTECH-518 7 port usb 3.0) into the Anker hub's USBC socket to try and 'add some power' but that doesnt work through the Anker hub. Run out of ideas, other that buying an expensive dock...
Please would you advise how I can get both monitors running off the laptop?
Thanks in advance!

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors(only), you can use
M1: HDMI direct cable
M2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as
https://www.amazon.com.au/CableCreation-Adapter-Windows-Compatible-2560x1440/dp/B013G4CJM8
For more connectivity, please use
True Universal Docking Stations
Regards.
