I can't turn off my touchpad. Please tell me how to do this.  Thanks.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • To turn the touchpad off, click "Start" and then "Control Panel." Double-click the "Mouse" settings.
  • Click the "Device Settings" tab, and click "Disable" to disable the touchpad. You can select "Enable" to use it again.
