How do I acquire Software/Drivers for a monitor LE2201w compatible with Windows 10? HP Technical Support was unable to resolve this issue, to enable me to download Software/Drivers for this older HP monitor, connected to my notebook computer with a VGA/HDMI cable. The computer screen is duplicated on the HP Monitor but displays a flashing notice "Input Signal Out of Range, Change Settings to 1680x1050 -60Hz). I changed the computer display settings as indicated, restarted the computer but still get the notice. Any assistance is appreciated. Faircan

Hi:
The latest driver available for your monitor is for W7.
See if manually installing the W7 driver works.
I have zipped up and attached the W7 x64 monitor driver below.
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager, click to expand the Monitors device manager category.
Now with a notebook PC, you may see two Generic PnP monitors listed there...the notebook's display screen, and your HP external monitor.
So you need to determine which monitor you need to install the driver on.
You want to install the driver on the monitor with this hardware ID...Monitor\HWP2843
You can find the hardware ID for a device by reading the info at the link below.
https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/
Once you have determined which monitor is the one you need to install the driver on, here is how you do it.
Click on the Generic PnP monitor needing the driver. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC and see if your monitor now works correctly with W10.
