HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dw1000 (1W803AV)

I have carring my leptop to the university while there was a rain outside, so I was not aware of the sleepery surface of the road and accidentally fall on my back it cause display damage to my leptop. I'm international student in Australia from India. I have 2 year hp care pack protection and really hopeless how to claim it cause of no HP center or store in my city. I really need to repair it as soon as possible. It makes trouble in my study. I'm doing master in IT. The only thing I use to study is my leptop. 

I know the customer service of the ho is too good. And now im suffering from this situation.

How can I claim my hp care pack to cover my damage.

i already got an call me back service to know what should i do, and explain my situation. this above mentioned details of that open case. is this about my calming or just detail that i contacted customer service.

if it is then how do i check my claiming status, when service will come to my home address?

if it's not then please you file my case to claim and give me the updates of my claiming case.
