How do I get the display on my HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ae000 CTO replaced? It's out of warranty

I've done all the tests, even via the HP  utility prior to Windows10 loading, and the touch capability of my display simply does not work. I've also conducted clean installs of Windows 10, and the screen does not recognize touch.

How do I find out how much HP would charge to get the touchscreen replaced/repaired? My laptop has been out of warranty for over a year.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your computer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
