@RonR8 You may need to be a little more specific than that, like where is this pop-up appearing, is it on the desktop? or a browser? which other applications are popping up? Perhaps, you could attach an image or picture of the screen with the pop-up, so we know exactly what you are referring to, and help you, accordingly:

 

Meanwhile, if its the notification pop-ups you are referring to, here's what you need to do:

You’ll find this setting in the Settings app. Open the Start menu and click the Settings icon to launch it.

 


 

Navigate to System > Notifications & Actions in the Settings app.

Scroll down to the Notifications section and disable the everything you don't wish to show up anymore, my sliding them to the left and that's it you're done.
 


 

That’s it.
