I see that you are trying to disable the on screen keyboard on your HP Touchsmart. Try the steps listed below:
- Select “Start” > “Settings“.
- Choose “Ease of Access“.
- Select “Keyboard“.
- Set “On-Screen Keyboard” to “On” or “Off” as desired.
