Hi:

 

Right click on the Windows icon on the lower left side of your taskbar.

 

Click on Settings.

 

Click on Personalization

 

On the left side of the window in the shaded area, click on Colors.

 

Scroll down and choose whatever background color under the Windows Colors section you prefer from the selection.
