Thanks Banhien greatly appreciate your feed back. Very well explained.
I have HP 15s-fq0000 Laptop PC (8TH59AV). I spoke with HP Tech and they said use a HP docking station ( HP Model 26D32AA) that connects to USB Type C. And yes this laptop only has one Type C port. I have not bought the docking station but will try and by generic docking station and see if that works. Either way I will update you with the result if the docking station work as it has DP port also, hope the dock has the built in chip.
