I can't figure out how to disable the touch to click setting. It really messes up my typing and scrolling. I have windows 8.1.

Hi,
00261-30000-00000-AA825 is not your machine, it is a number for Windows. Anyway you can disable touchpad but we need to know your machine. What is it ? Please use the following instructions to find out:

Hi,
Please try
(a) Go to Control Panel,
(b) Double click Mouse
You should see something similar to the following image
(c) Click Disable and Apply then Ok.
