How many external monitors can this laptop support ?

 

Here are my systems specs.

 

System Model HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1xxx

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz, 2304 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 16.0 GB

Whenever I try and extend the display to the 4th monitor one of the other monitors becomes greyed out instead.

 

Is there any solution to this issues.  i.e. docking station or other adapters?

You can have 3 external monitors and its screen (total 4) depending on which dock you use and how do you connect them. What is your current connections ?
