Hello,

 

I'm unable to add a face lock to my hp laptop. My device is HP EliteBook core i5 vPro 7th Generation. Not, only the face lock but I'm also unable to set up the fingerprint as well. How should I fix these?

I've followed the instruction provided here :https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/how-to-enable-face-lock/td-p/8549035 but still I'm unable to handle the issue.

 

How can I sort this problem out? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
