Hi, I am a photographer who bought the laptop as an editing computer for when I am out of the house. However, I noticed instantly that the picture on my laptop screen looks nothing like how the same photo looks on my phone or my other laptop, which I have never calibrated. I believe that a large part of the issue is that the screen is extremely desaturated. Is there a way I can change this?

Well, all standard displays (screens) on all standard notebooks are NOT for photographers. For HP machines you need a machine with a Dream-color display OR an external Dream-color display. They are MORE expensive

One of my HP zBook workstation has Dream-color display. For example
