Hello,
If I plug a HDMI cable into my laptop and TV to watch a movie, with the screens in duplicate, on the Samsung, it briefly shows the image, then gives me an image overlaid with a bunch of squiggly lines, then blacks out for a few seconds, then repeats.
I guess it is some kind of refresh rate or something. Screen size for the Samsung is 3840 x 2160.
Thank you.

Hello @swdiaz,
Do you have any other equipment you can use to test and eliminate any potential issues?
Perhaps try a different monitor, try using a different laptop to connect to the TV, or try a different HDMI cable?
Kind regards,
Eddy
