Can I use a USB to VGA cable to connect an external monitor to my HP dreamscreen 400 All in one PC? My current display is turning
On and Off randomly, like blinking of an LED, like loose contact. Since my pc is out of warranty period, nobody is willing to risk replacing the display. Since I can't do anything with this faulty display, please suggest another way to fix it. Or help me in connecting my pc to an external monitor.

@amoghkrishna96 Greetings from the HP Community!
This device cannot be connected to an external monitor as such, you can however, connect it to a desktop or notebook, here's all you need to know about the device, check out the FAQs: click here for details.
And the user guide: click here
I hope that answers your query,

The device you are referring to ain't my pc, as the user guide and FAQs are about the latest version. Mine is HP dreamscreen 400 All in one desktop PC. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.flipkart.com/hp-dreamscreen-400-all... . This link could help you get a clear picture.

@amoghkrishna96 I appreciate the details and the clarification, that said, the reason I don't seem to find the accurate description of this device is perhaps, because the device is beyond obsolete, although, if your All-in-One desktop has a VGA, DVI or HDMI port, and it supports output, you should be able to connect a monitor to it, look for the ports on it, try alternate cables and if nothing works, I suggest you check with a local tech for assistance.
Take care and good luck, ahead.
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
