Welcome to our humble abode, the family and tech-friendly house of HP Forums!

I'll be your host for the day, they call me the Riddle_Decipher.

If you've already purchased an ADP warranty along with the computer, before it broke or was damaged, you should be able to get free service to repair your PC, by simply talking to an HP tech,

Have you tried doing that? if not, why and what exactly do you need to know? Please elaborate so I could help you with the same.

Keep me posted, and if any of the above steps help resolve the issue,

Good luck.
