Could you provide me with the product number of the notebook, so that I can provide you with the right drivers for your touchpad.

 

More over, we can try to uninstall the touchpad drivers from device manager and then install it from our HP support website, using this link.

 

press windows+X > Select Device Manager > Right-click on the touchpad driver > Select uninstall > Select delete the driver (checkbox) > click OK > Restart the PC (This should automatically reinstall the best working driver).

 

If the above doesn't help, install the latest drivers (now, after deleting the previous versions using the above steps) for your touchpad using this website: Click here
