Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i get a pop up notification at the top of my screen that says 'caps lock on,' 'caps lock off,' every time I toggle caps lock. If I'm playing a game, the screen shows me desktop as the game minimises and the notification comes on. i have tried turning off sticky keys, changing the settings from the control panel but it does not work. please give solution
