HP Notebook - 15-bw080nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I recently bought a HP Notebook - 15-bw080nd. This is great ofcourse, but something is missing. First of all: the battery is really draining! HP says the notebook should be good for 11 hours battery when working on it. My laptop's battery died after 2 hours of mild webbrowsing. Is this normal?

The second question I have is that whenever I click on "battery percentage" there is no indication of how much remaining time there is until recharging the battery. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Yours truly,

Felicia2

The Battery Time Remaining information has been removed from BIOS F.11.

The battery time estimator basically looking at what you’re doing right now and give an estimated remaining time. It was common for the readout to go from 8 hours to 16 hours in a matter of minutes. This might cause more customer confusion than it would solve.

Hope this helps.
