Product: HP Elite c1030 Chromebook (3M050AV)

I have just taken delivery of a HP Elite c1030 Chromebook. This model is listed on several blogs [content removed] as being one of the best Chromebooks to run Linux on.

I have created a recovery USB stick for Chrome OS in case I ever want to go back to Chrome OS.

I am looking for a few pointers / links where I can find instructions how to do a clean install of Ubuntu on my C1030.
