Have downloaded Intel UHD Graphic Driver 620 26.20.100.7925 Rev A dated Mar 20,2020 but cannot get it to 

install. Have uninstalled version dated Feb 19, 2020 but it continues to re-install when re-booting. Any suggestions?

Go to the Device Manager, expand display adapters, right click on the graphics driver, select update driver. Once this is done, you can install the best compatible driver for your PC.
