Hello! How to enable 120 Hz display refresh rate on HP Spectre x360 from 2022? I have updated BIOS, drivers and software via Windows Update and HP Support Assistant. Everything is up to date. I have even downloaded the Intel Driver Utility Update and update drivers to even more up to date. I still do not have option to increase refresh rate from 60 Hz to 120 Hz? On drop down list in Windows display settings there is only one option with 60 Hz.
This laptop has OLED display with 4K and according to specifications it should also have 120 Hz refresh rate. Can anyone help me?

Thank you @Bahnien for your reply. It seems that you are right because there is no possibility to change screen refresh rate on my laptop. I checked specs but I did not find there information regarding refresh rate.

My machine has refresh rate 144Hz, it clearly says on its specs:
15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
And I can check:
Regards.
