@Wutwut, Thanks again for replying to us.

Did you read my previous threads completely?

The HDMI input is available only on model-specific PC's.

And your PC does not have an HDMI input button on it.

So you cannot use HDMI input on your all in one PC.

Hello MrRobot! I just have one question?

Why is it designed with Menu keys and an HDMI In port? Shouldn't that be available for use?

HP Recommended

@Wutwut, Thanks for your quick response and time again.

As you needed to know why is it by design that few models have HDMI in port.

HP has two kinds of PC's one BTO (Built to order) and CTO (Customize to order)

If you purchase a BTO unit the system configurations are pre-configured from HP and If you purchase a CTO unit you can customize what you need on your PC from HP.

So few models that are customized from HP has an HDMI in port.

Hope this answers your query!

Hello MrRobot!

Recently I tested the HDMI port if it was in or Out, it was tested as in when I tried connecting it to an external monitor. In addition, my computer is BTO (Built to order). All I really need to know is how do I enable the HDMI port to use the monitor instead of the computer? In addition what buttons are needed to do this activity! Thank you!
