Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi I've Had this problem for over a year and all the how to fix guides aren't fixing the problem.

The problem is that I can't use my touch screen any more, I've done everything the guides and tutorials said to do but they don't work. Can I get some help with it please. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

I have a ticket number cause I contacted hp support directly but I forgot the number so I'll reply when I find it, and the model of my device is an Elitebook.
