Hi Experts,

I got a problem in the screen in my HP Laptop 15s-fq2xxx Core i7, where it had suddenly got pinked with lines from top to down. There were no issues showing previously before the point I got this issue, but it had happened without prior indications.

When I took a print screen capture in that laptop I got this type of image. (image 2)

What would be the reason for this, is that error with the panel or video driver or motherboard or any other part of the system?

I was trying different solutions given by the articles and videos, but still no success.

Options that I followed

1) Upgrade the display driver

2) Reinstall the driver

3) sfc / scannow in cmd for RAM related errors

4) punched the screen everywhere

5) Color settings

6) Safe mode systems inspection

7) Updated BIOS

😎Windows memory diagnostic in safe mode

9) Checking the CPU temperature using third party tools etc... ( There I understood, there were situations that CPU temperature goes high sometimes, but I do not think that as the main reason or may be, anyway)

 

Please advise me to fix the issue.
