@ScottCha,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the product for your computer?
  • Do you want to disable the keyboard in the tablet mode?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!

Product number is 7WY93PA#ABG it is a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 11-ap0000TU

The lass in JBHIFI showed me that the keyboard could be disabled when in tablet mode and I cannot remember what she showed me.

I don't really have an issue, and I searched on HP website and now believe that it automatically turns the keyboard off as I fold the laptop into tablet mode.

Thanks for getting back to me.

@ScottCha,

Yes, you are right, the keyboard and the touchpad get disabled when you put the computer in tablet mode.

Please refer to the below article to understand more about the tablet mode.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
