HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q878AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I noticed the keyboard and touchpad marks on the screen surface of my Spectre x360.
I've seen the problem was widely reported on the internet, and also here in this forum, so it clearly seems to be a common design issue of this computer. I complained about it under warranty and surprisingly, after reviewing some photos I attached, they suggested it's a mechanical damage which is obviously not covered under warranty and the case has been closed without any possibility to discuss. They did not even care to see the computer, they wrote as if they "carefully analyzed" the issue and decided to close the case (based on a couple of photos...).   I have exactly the same issue as hundreds of other users: symmetrical scratches in exactly the same spots of the screen, corresponding to the specific design parts of the computer (edges of the keyboard and touchpad and so on) while I am taking really a good care of my laptop and don't even transport it on a daily basis (which I can imagine most users do). My question is, since they closed the case without providing any solution to resolve my problem, how can I escalate the issue, maybe internationally, and conmplain on the service that treated your custonmer so badly?

Update / Edits

Removed the suggestion and overthought explanation of covering the keyboard to prevent additional damage.  Wording and / or idea not accepted in the spirit it was intended.

Dear @dragon-fur
Thank you for your advice.
However, placing anything between the (already-scratched) screen and the keyboard doesn't solve the problem and also is not a solution to the design flaw. A user should not be responsible to protect the (by-the-way touch screen) from being scratched by the design parts of the laptop itself. It also should be in some way scratch-proof since this model is not only equipped with a touch screen but also a pen, which I can imagine could scratch the screen surface even more if it's so fragile and if I was using it more frequently...
So, placing a single-use piece of paper between the screen and keyboard, doesn't release HP from being responsible for such design flaws... 😞 And most definitely won't heal the scratches that already exist.
Looking forward for my case to be escalated and a HP representative to hoipefully answer my post 🙂
Thank you
