How to pair Mpp2.0 pen with hp envy x360 (the pen came with the laptop)

Hi does anyone know how to pair the new mpp2.0 rechargeable pen with the hp envy x360. I don’t know how to pair them as it doesn’t show up in Bluetooth and I know it is compatible as it came with the laptop

I am trying to pair my pen with my envy x360 but the pen doesn't have a top button one of the sides is flat and magnetic.

can someone help me?
