I am so frustrated.
I purchased an 840 G5 as Amazon Renewed, which is supposed to come with a supported W10 OS and 80% or better battery. It came with unsupported 20H2 and a 64% capacity battery. I returned it. It had a Sure View sticker on the palm rest and a non-glare screen.
After spending hours on TigerDirect comparing model specs, and researching refurbishers, I went back to Amazon and ordered from another refurbisher but from the same listing. This time they sent a unit with a glossy screen with a protective layer of plastic stuck on it. I thought it was a touch screen so I told them they sent the wrong unit.
Product ID 5UG54UC#ABA
I can't figure out how to navigate the HP support site to get from the product ID or even the serial number to detailed specs. Can someone please explain this to me?
Is it only Sure View that has a non-glare screen?
And if you have any suggestions for good refurbishers or used sellers, I'm listening. Why is this so hard. I've had good luck with used/refurbished Dell and Lenovo laptops in the past. Their support sites were so much easier to use.

Please check in Device Manager
In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, then select Device Manager.
Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.)
My HP 840 G5 machine (I'm typing on it now) does NOT have touchscreen therefore does NOT have that entry.
Regards.

@banhien Thank you. I should have clarified that the unit hasn't even been powered on, and will be sent back tomorrow.
This review verifies that the anti-glare screens are matte:
