Once again, your "solution" does not work.

I would like to have a remote session with your tech. I want to the link (http://www.hp.com/contacthp/), and I got an email with subject "Case Number 5044303503 has Been Created CRM:0000498212860".

But I don't know how to start a remote session. How do I do this?

Have you tried checking in safemode, what was the result?

Also, have you tried creating a new account? what was the result?

another solution may be if you try go to:

"C:\Program files\Acer\acer quick access\images"

you may have it or may not have it. but if you do then rename the CapsLock on and off files.

Or if none of these work go to this website:

https://www.top-password.com/blog/disable-caps-lock-pop-up-notification-in-windows/

it is solutions for your issue and for different computers, if your one isn't there then try some to see if it works, otherwise keep me updated if you can, thanks

Also, if you want help from support try going to the windows search bar found on the taskbar and type in help, you will see "get help" click on it. And try find from there, mine won't load atm.

If you have any issues like me an alternative method is, go back to the search bar and search "hp support". then click hp support
assistant. after that click on the virtual agent profile and you will see some bot. put in your issue and eventually it will give you options click call an hp support agent, idk about the chat agent, the bot won't recommend it to me anymore.
