Hp 245 g8 usb c does it support display port? I'm trying to set up a dual screen extension and need a second hdmi port

According to chapter 2 of the service manual, the USB-C port supports data transfer only.

I believe that a PC has to have a Thunderbolt USC-C port in order to transmit video.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I suspected that was the case so ordered usba dual hdmi port and installed it yesterday. It worked now have a dual monitor extension for my laptop.
