Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an Hp Elitebook 840 G5 with the non touchscreen. Can i replace this with a touchscreen? Also i have the core i5 8550u can i replace the processor with something faster maybe a motherboard of the g7-8?

The series does NOT have touchscreen option. They only have  35.6-cm (14.0-in), UWVA, non-touch as shown on page 1 of the Manual:    http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05922740.pdf
