Just purchased a HP MPP 2.0 tilt pen for my HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fe0xxx. I can use the pen on the screen but the buttons don't work and not able to customise them as the app doesn't recognise the pen. And no pressure sensitivity.

As shown on page 3 of the following manual

          https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_7825426_en-US-1.pdf

Your machine is compatible with

  • HP MPP 2 G1 Tilt Pen (natural silver) part # N44378-001
  • HP MPP 2 G1 Tilt Pen (nightfall black) part # N54711-001

You can order from HP :   https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=N44378-001   or using part # to order elsewhere

Unfortunately that pen is not sold anywhere so not any help. DO you know of anywhere that sells it?

Looking at other posts this has been suggested many times.

Also, HP sales told me the pen we purchased is compatible so not sure why they are giving false information and why they are selling laptops that don't have pens available to buy
