HP Pen HP envy360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an hp pen in 2016/2017, and the computer is touch screen, works fabulously, and its completely up to date in all updates, however I cannot get any of the hp pens to work with my computer. I currently have the Hp Pen, and the surface pen. I read a lot of reviews and read the compatibility chart. However neither work. I have the hp control app. Before I return both of my pens. Is there anyone that can tell me what I could do? I love drawing, and I've bought universal stylus but nothing is seeming to work.
