Hp Probook 450 G8 camera shows blank screen

My camera is showing a black screen when I click on Camera or use through Teams even though the camera light is on. 

I've tried updating the drivers - it's says I'm on the best driver

I've tried resetting the camera

I've tried adding the DWORD EnableFrameServerMode in 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform

Please help as nothing seems to resolve this!

Based on Youtube videos and all other related websites, I tried all the same approaches, but camera is still black in windows camera app.

The cameria LED turns on with white colour, but no picture is visible.

The laptop is brand new, it worked earlier but after an windows update it does not work.

Even the Windows Hello face recognation does not work.

Please help us asap.
