Hello Everyone,
I bought an HP Envy x360 laptop from the UAE with a global warranty, and I’m now using it in India. After three months, I started experiencing a display flickering issue, so I contacted HP's service team. They assigned a technician who came to my home to check the laptop, but he disturbed the speaker during the inspection. I contacted the HP service team again, and they assigned another technician. This technician said the display cable needed replacement, so he ordered a new cable and left.
A few days later, a different technician came to replace the cable, but after the replacement, the touchscreen stopped working. He mentioned that the cable arrived as "DOA" (Dead on Arrival), and I explained the entire situation with the previous two technicians. Finally, he ordered a new display cable and speakers.
I then received a call from the service center, saying that my display cable had arrived and that they would assign a technician to replace it. However, it's been two weeks, and no one has come to complete the replacement. Over these two weeks, I’ve contacted both the service team and their higher-level support more than five times (almost every other day), but no one has responded.
