Hello again Mr.Robot.
I did run a system diagnostic and all hardware passed. My laptop doesnt have a cd drive it has its own recovery partition which I used to factory reset. Also doesn't factory reset removes the viruses? Isn't recovery the same as factory reset?

@jbcostan, Thanks for your quick response and time.
I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
As the recovery partition is installed on the same hard drive that has been affected by the virus.
There are chances the recovery partition too could have got affected. There have been viruses that have infected the factory reset partition.
So I would suggest you order a set of recovery kit and try performing a clean installation of the operating system.
Hope this answers your query!
Take Care! 🙂

Hi, I have exactly the same issue. Main problem is that there are fake pen touches that move mouse cursor to specific location so it seems that mouse does not work properly (but it does - EzTiltPen is main problem).
It is quite crazy what steps you were advised :(.
x360 is very nice, however this issue is really annoying.
Is it possible to calibrate display and pen sensitivity? I have not found any tool for that.
Thanx,
Milan
