Product: HP Spectre 15-eb0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everyone,
I bought my HP Spectre last year (2020) in October. I started noticing these scratches on my display a month ago. They are in a pattern and I am very concerned. I do not know what to do. I searched the community and found that others also faced the issue. Apparently it is due to the build of the laptop. How did you handle this? I spent 2000$ on this laptop and I care for it immensely. Does anybody know if HP will help me out here. Attached below are pictures.
(Background: I live in Pakistan and my warranty expired in February 2022.)
