Product: pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have bought a laptop hp x360 for my personal use. I have taken care of it like baby but after 2 year screen starting pop-out from the hinges part. When I had taken the laptop to the service center they told that screen need to replace the but trust me the screen is not even cracked .That means I was asked 16000 for new screen . I have also talked with customer representative but they refuses to help me . This thing not only happen with me but a lots of people were suffering from this.
I request to take necessary action about this.
