Hp active pen nib(tip) replacement

So I bought this laptop in nov of 2019 and have used it for art as well as to take class notes.... I'm on the last replacement nib(tip) they offered. I have asked around stores as well as talked to customer service but they stop replying to me when i ask where i can find replacement nibs. I hope I get a solution here.
