Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Today in the morning when I woke up and start my computer some thin green and pink horizontal line was appearing on my laptop screen . I used my laptop last night and it was working fine. So I restart my laptop and there was an windows update was going on while shutting down. When my laptop gets on again, the line became much bigger and suddenly it was gone and then screen in the bottom started to turn green. I have attached a screen short of my laptop screen. Is there any way you can help me about this problem?

Hi,

The screen looks good on my PCs meaning that you have a hardware problem with the screen. Most likely the panel has a problem and needs to be replaced.

To show us what you mean you could take a picture of the desktop with smartphone and then post.

But as I said you will most likely need to replace the screen. If you want a guide on how to do this, let me know,

Hope it helps,

David

Yes, the display has a hardware problem and will need to be replaced.

If you attach the PC to an external monitor/TV the image is good i would say.

David
