Or maybe win 10 set "intel graphics 4600" as default gpu, and i don't know how set nvdia as default. On bios menu isn't possible to change it

Enter BIOS and check if the internal INTEL graphics device can be disabled, please.

or

Disable the INTEL graphics device in windows <device manager> ( do not uninstall, just deactivate ! )

I checked on the bios menu, but there isn't setting about gpu card.

On device manager I disabled Intel Graphics, rebot and now resolution list is Gray like on the screenshoot

 Is like that Nvdia card isn't connect on the monitor. Maybe cable is  broken. I bought this used notebook, so I don't know the story of the usage. Anything work well. Only th eproblem about resolution

This could have been the reason why the previous owner sold it. But he didn't tell you and I don't think that's right. You should return the notebook and ask for your money back. Please buy another device.
