Hp envy 360 broken left hinge screen broken

My hp envy 360 broken left hinge broke and then it has damaged the screen.

I have only had the laptop for 1 year and 1 month and I have seen many similar issues which I guess is a manufacturer issue based on how many I have seen

What cab I do?
