Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop. Display brightness automatically lowers and turns  dark 

checked adaptive brightness. It wasn’t enabled  updated drivers still problem isn’t solved please help

I had updated the bios settings but there was no solution, later I found that the key   On the keyboard  of the laptop was stuck slightly, with the help of a visiting card, I lifted it slightly and the problem got solved

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Follow the steps in the below article to update the BIOS.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the below steps and check.

  • Right-click on the desktop
  • Select 'Graphic Properties' (to adjust Intel Graphics settings)
  • Select 'Power'
  • Click on 'On Battery'
  • Turn OFF 'Display Power Saving Technology'
