Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 (4V792AV)

I am attempting to connect an S2 triple screen extender to my HP Laptop PC 17-c2000 through each side usb-a ports on the laaptop but there is no signal going to the 2 monitors.

Hi @Stephanie1215 

 

If you are not using a DisplayLink compatible dock, you will never get an image through those ports, nor through the USB-C port, nor is any port on your notebook DisplayPort compatible, (see the dock must be DisplayLink other than DisplayPort).

 

In the following link you can see the DisplayLink dock, if you wish to purchase one
