Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop three weeks ago and have treated it with so much care and respect because I am a student and had to save up for a long time. My screen has a dead pixel already and I don't know how I could have caused it. Is there anything we can do?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Could you please share the dead pixel picture?
