Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70X00AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, I was wondering why I can't change my external monitors refresh rate to above 60hz in the display options. It is connected to my laptop using a mini display port to display port cable 1.4. I have also tried using a HDMI cable and it does the same thing. Any help would be much appreciated. Also the external monitor and the display on the laptop is a 1440p 240hz screen, if that helps.
